George Herrera to Board of Directors

 

Herrera Named Chairman Nominating and Governance Committee

 

 

Washington, DC/New York- George Herrera, President and CEO of the Herrera Cristina Group, Ltd {HCG, Ltd} has been named to the Board of Directors of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation. Mr. Herrera was also named as the Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee.

 

Wyndham Worldwide Corporation is the hospitality spin off of the Cendant Corporation. Cendant also recently approved the spin off of its real estate services business, Realogy Corporation. Mr. Herrera is a former member of the board of directors of Cendant
